Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Punch a file that needs to be bound.
  2. Put the rubber ring on the back and press the handle to position it.
  3. Put the punched document into the open tooth of the apron and lift the handle to bind.

Cautions:

  1. It is suggested only binding documents with this appliance; binding of PP, PVC, and other materials shall be as little as possible for fear of affecting the life of the machine.
  2. Always punch the front cover and back cover simultaneously, so as to avoid hole dislocation.
  3. Always ensure the paper placed flat on the punching platform during punching.
  4. Always ensure the paper scraps or other foreign matters in the punching platform cleaned up before punching.
  5. Do no punch more than 12 sheets of paper at a time.
