Poolside Gossip Outtake Photograph Collection

Captured in January 1970 at the Kaufmann Desert House in Palm Springs, “Poolside Gossip” by Slim Aarons has come to define an era of effortless glamour and sun-drenched leisure. Designed by Richard Neutra, the home’s modernist lines and desert setting form an indelible backdrop.

This limited-edition box set reveals a curated selection of unseen outtakes from that legendary shoot, intimate, candid, and never before released. Together, these photographs offer a deeper glimpse into Aarons’ singular vision and the relaxed elegance that helped establish Palm Springs as a modern icon.

The set of prints is housed in a bespoke presentation box and released in strictly limited quantities, exclusively by Palm Springs Life. A rare opportunity to own a hidden chapter of photographic history, where midcentury modern architecture, desert light, and timeless style converge.
